Mark Chap. 8 Vs 21 asks that question. Jesus is asking his disciples after they have seen great miracles and experienced the awesomeness of Gods power like no one on earth had ever before.
They Guys are in the boat and they are hungry, Jesus had just fed 5000 people with 7 loaves of bread and a few fish and they forgot to grab a bag of food before they got in.
